Golden Crystal Special Pure Rice Unfiltered Raw Sake

【Introduction】

The first "special pure rice" of Golden Crystal Brewery.
The raw rice is the "Yume no Xiang" produced in Fukushima City, which was used in the "Wado" to steam and brew sake in the past, and the Fukushima yeast "Mima Yume Yeast" is carefully used by the master and the brewery.
In order to bring out the light taste, this time no heating sterilization, live charcoal filtration or water addition was performed, and it was directly bottled and stored as "unfiltered raw sake" and released in limited quantities.
