Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy

1. In-store Pickup
  • Because kimonos are bulky and heavy garments, we recommend that customers pick up their items in person at our store.
  • After placing your order online, customer service will contact you to arrange for your store pickup. Please make an appointment before picking up your items.
  • Once your order is confirmed, there are no refunds. Upon pickup, please verify that the item matches your order. If you are concerned that the online images do not match the actual item, please purchase directly in-store.

2. SF Express Delivery
  • We offer SF Express delivery. Shipping is not included in the price and we do not offer free shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Items will be shipped within seven business days of payment, and you will be notified by email. Please note that delivery times cannot be accurately estimated, and we do not accept refunds due to shipping delays.
  • If you find that the item does not match your order after receiving it, please contact our customer service within one week of receiving the item. Late-day requests will not be accepted.
  • Except for the above circumstances, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We recommend that you purchase in-store. If you wish to purchase online, please read the product information carefully.
