It has a full and slightly carbonated taste, a refreshing apple ginjo aroma, and a charming steamed rice aroma, with obvious fruity and rice flavors; the sweetness, sourness, and astringency at the entrance form a complex taste, the taste is sweet and powerful, full of juicy and slightly sour, and the finish is light with rice aroma and minerality.
