This Gewürztraminer style is known for its freshness, refinement and elegance. It highlights the beautiful aromatic power and exudes the aroma of exotic fruits (lychee). The taste is round but not sweet, and the aroma of lychee and papaya is well balanced. Best enjoyed as an aperitif, it is an ideal partner for exotic dishes (such as Thai cuisine), as well as rich cheese platters and fruit desserts.
